Efficient method of working
It is Arval’s mission to constantly improve the efficiency of our collaboration with our clients and drivers, and the structure of our organisation has been brought completely in line with this aim. After all, inefficiency costs Arval time and money – and consequently you as well! Our clients, our suppliers and our own people all stand to benefit from clear procedures and ‘strict’ agreements. The computerised system developed by Arval supports this method of working and since 1989 we have focused its development on minimising opportunities for mistakes.
All our clients get a single monthly invoice, a single justification analysis, one Service Level Agreement and – most important of all – have a single designated contact with the accompanying account team.
