Arval is doing her utmost to reduce the energy consumption and in doing so, the associated CO2 emission. Because the CO2 emission cannot be reduced to absolute zero, Arval has opted to compensate the emission of CO2 in co-operation with Climate Neutral Group. The compensation is accomplished through climate projects. These projects are carried out on a worldwide basis and checked by independent organisations. Owing to this contribution, such as the afforestation and the development of sustainable energy sources, elsewhere on earth an equal amount of CO2 is absorbed or emission averted.

Arval offers you the possibility to compensate the CO2 emission of the fleet through Climate Neutral Group as well. Should you opt to do so, Arval will manage the entire administrative settlement. We will settle the costs for the compensation with the lease price. In doing so, you will not be burdened by extra administrative tasks, but you will contribute considerably to the reduction of the CO2 emission.
