You can claim online very simply via the Multi Tank Card website. Click on the link below and log in with your fuel card number (19 characters), registration number and pin code, without hyphens or spaces. Click then on 'passen', 'declaraties' and then on 'toevoegen'.

Arval handles the fuel administration for the majority of its clients. In that case, we will provide the driver with a Multi Tank Card (MTC). The MTC can be used at over 3,500 filling stations in the Netherlands, including for instance the unmanned Tinq and Tango filling stations. It is possible to expand the MTC with a car wash module, for example, and the card also allows the driver to purchase oil products and lubricants. However, the employer may also have opted for a fuel card that only gives the card holder access to one brand of fuel.
 

Claiming online

MTC

If you have a Multi Tank Card (MTC) you can only claim fuel costs online. You can do this simply via the Multi Tank Card website or via a smartphone application. This means you no longer have to complete papers, make copies and send your claim by post. A secondary advantage is that you will receive the claimed amount more quickly.
