May I also claim online?
You may only claim online if you have a Multi Tank Card. You can only claim expenses if you have an active card and drive a lease vehicle. If you are driving a temporary vehicle, please use an expense note.
What details do I need to login?
The only details that you need handy are your fuel card number (19 characters, on the front of your card), your registration number and your pin code. You should input all details without spaces and hyphens.
I am logged in. What now?
After logging in go to 'passen', 'declaraties' and click then on the 'toevoegen' button. Please note, do not forget to click on ‘ter accordering aanbieden' after inputting the claim. The application is only available in Dutch. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How quickly will my claim be paid?
The claimed amounts will be paid on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
My claim was rejected, who should I contact?
For all questions or comments about online claims you should contact your account manager. He or she can be contacted on telephone number +31 (0)30 602 44 44.
May I throw away my receipts?
No. You are obliged legally to retain the original receipts for seven years.
What may I claim?
You may only claim what you have paid for with your fuel card.
Will my expense claim be checked?
Yes. Besides being automatically checked in the Multi Tank Card System, claims will also be checked by Arval. We will notify your employer should we observe that a specific claim is unjustified or indicates excessive fuel consumption.
For which operating system is the application available?
The application has been developed for iOS, Android, Blackberry and Java and so meets the needs of almost all business smartphone users.
May I still submit paper claims?
Only if you have a brand-linked fuel card or driving a temporary vehicle, you can submit a paper claim.
