NS-Business Card
The NS Business Card was especially developed for accommodating business travellers who use the train and/or (train) taxi in addition to their lease car. It is extremely easy to book a train or taxi ride via the internet or over the telephone. If travellers know in advance that a particular journey will lead them straight into a traffic jam or if they have an appointment in – for instance – Amsterdam city centre, the train offers a good alternative. Combining a lease car with public transport can contribute to a better environment. It prevents the unnecessary waste of litres of fuel in a traffic jam and allows employees to use their travel time more productively.
Full integration in the company car policy
Arval will fully integrate the NS Business Card in your company car policy and will also take care of its implementation. We will apply for the card and send it to the driver. You will receive a monthly invoice for the leasing costs. The costs of the NS Business Card and the train costs for that month will be itemised separately on the invoice. In other words, no extra paperwork.
